기능인력의 근로조건 및 노동과정 실태와 근로생활의 질(QWL) 향상방안

Abstract

본 연구는 기능 인력의 근로 조건 및 노동 과정 실태에 대한 조사 연구를 토대로 근로 생활의 질(QWL) 향상 방안을 제시하여 기능 인력의 직무 만족도와 자부심을 제고함으로써 궁극적으로 기능 인력난의 완화 및 질적 수준 제고에 기여함을 목표로 한다.

Both qualitative and quantitative problems have emerged with regards to the provision of skilled human resources in the manufacturing industry. It will prove difficult to solve these problems without improving the working conditions and the quality of working life (QWL). This research attempted to analyze the present state of working conditions and the work process of skilled workers employed in the automobile, shipbuilding, and chemical & textile industries. In addition, this paper suggested policy measures to improve the QWL of workers in the manufacturing industry. To attain the objectives of this research, an analysis of previous research related to working conditions and working process was conducted, a survey of the skilled human resources in the manufacturing industry was undertaken by visiting actual work sites, and interviews with workers as well as case studies of other countries were also carried out. 970 people from six domestic enterprises, such as, the automobile, shipbuilding, and chemical & textile industries participated in the survey.
