직업계고 학점제 학교 간 공동교육과정 운영 실태와 개선 요구

Abstract

직업계고 학점제 학교 간 공동교육과정의 운영 실태 조사와 요구 분석을 통해 공동교육과정의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 모색함. 직업계고 학점제 공동교육과정을 수행 및 참여하고 있는 학교 간 다양한 운영 방법이 시도되고 있었으나 학교 및 지역 특성 등을 고려한 보다 차별화된 운영 계획 수립과 지원이 필요한 것으로 분석됨. 특히 해당 업무 및 수업 담당 교사의 업무 경감을 위한 행정 지원과 지침 수립, 사례 발굴을 지원할 수 있는 관계 기관의 지원 확대 필요성이 제기됨.

KRIVET surveyed the operating status of joint curriculum between vocational high schools with a credit system and analyzed their needs, to find ways to vitalize joint curriculums. Vocational high schools with a credit system have tried diverse measures to operate joint curriculum, but their operating plans and support measures need to be more differentiated in tune with the characteristics of each school and area. In particular, it is recommended that administrative support and guidelines be provided to reduce the workload of teachers operating joint curriculums and subject teachers, and that support from related institutions be expanded to help find best practices.
