디지털 분야 고졸 인력 교육훈련 직종 선정 연구: 일반 고등학교 대상 직업교육훈련 사업을 중심으로

Abstract

미래 노동 시장의 수요에 맞는 인재 양성과 고교 졸업생의 취업 역량 강화의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 일반 고등학교(이하 일반고) 대상 직업교육훈련 사업 중 ‘디지털 분야의 교육훈련 직종 확대’를 위하여 교육훈련 직종 선정을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 고졸 인력 대상 노동수요와 교육훈련성과를 분석하였고, 웹 스크래핑 방법을 통해 고졸 대상 채용공고를 분석하였다. 또한 교육청 담당자, 일반고 교사, 교육훈련기관 담당자, 교육훈련생 대상 FGI, 직종 전문가와 교육훈련기관 담당자 대상으로 타당성을 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 일반고 직업교육훈련 사업에 적합한 디지털 분야의 교육훈련 직종 9개(디지털 디자인, 스마트웹&콘텐츠개발, 사물인터넷, 영상촬영드론조종, 정보시스템구축, 게임콘텐츠제작, 멀티미디어, AI 활용 소프트웨어 개발 및 응용, 산업응용로봇제어)를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 연구 결과에서 선정된 디지털 교육훈련 분야 직종의 활용 방안 등을 제안하였다.

The need to nurture talent suited to future labor market demands and enhance the employment competencies of high school graduates is increasingly apparent. This study focuses on selecting occupations for training expansion in the digital field, particularly within specialized projects for general high schools. It analyzes labor demand and training outcomes for high school graduates, uses web scraping to review targeted job postings, and conducts FGIs with educational authorities, general high school teachers, training institution personnel, students, and industry experts. Nine suitable occupations were identified: digital design, smart web and content development, Internet of things, aerial videography with drones, information system construction, game content production, multimedia, AI software development and application, and industrial application robots. The study suggests methods for using these occupations, including project-based classes and the development of successful case studies.
