인적자본기업패널자료를 활용한 국내 연구 동향 분석: 패널학술대회 발표논문을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 한국직업능력연구원의 인적자본기업패널(Human Capital Corporate Panel, 이하 HCCP) 자료를 활용한 연구들을 대상으로 연구동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 RStudio를 활용하여 R 프로그램 Version 4.4를 활용한 잠재디클레어 할당 토픽분석과 구조적 토픽분석을 통해 인적자본기업패널 학술대회 발표논문 264편의 초록을 분석하였다. 분석결과 ‘인적자원’ 및 ‘인적자본’을 기본으로 하고 교육훈련을 통한 기업의 성과, 교육훈련에 대한 투자, 조직몰입, 직무만족, 기업 또는 조직의 문화, 생산성, 학습, 조직의 성과, R&D, 노동조합, 혁신, hr부서, 숙련, 인적자원관리, 전략 등이 주요 키워드로 분석되었다. 아울러 인적자본, 숙련, 성과와 일자리, 창의성, 기술개발, 고용창출 등에 대한 주제에 대해 꾸준히 연구되어 왔고 제조업 등 특정 분야에서의 학습, 노사파트너십 및 조직문화에 따른 기업성과, 인적자원관리제도 중의 일부 제도들의 조직성과와의 연계성 등에 대한 주제에 대한 연구가 점점 증가하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study aimed to identify research trends using the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data of the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. To this end, the abstracts of 264 papers presented at the Human Capital Corporate Panel academic conference were analyzed using latent declarative assignment topic analysis and structural topic analysis. The analysis results showed that ‘human resources’ and ‘human capital’ were the main keywords, and that corporate performance through education and training, investment in education and training, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, corporate or organizational culture, productivity, learning, organizational performance, R&D, labor union, innovation, HR department, skill, human resource management, and strategy were analyzed. In addition, it was confirmed that there has been consistent research on topics such as human capital, skill, performance and jobs, creativity, technology development, and job creation, and that research on topics such as learning in specific fields such as manufacturing, labor-management partnerships, corporate performance according to organizational culture, and the linkage of some human resource management systems with organizational performance is gradually increasing.
