대학생의 진로장벽 유형화 및 진로준비행동 영향요인 탐색

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로장벽을 유형화하고, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 실증하기 위해 한국교육고용패널 2차(KEEPⅡ) 자료 4차년도(2020년) 데이터를 활용하였으며, 총 561명을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로장벽 유형은 저장벽 인식집단, 중장벽 인식집단, 고장벽 인식집단 집단의 세 유형으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 집단을 구분하는 요인은 부의 학력, 진로결정 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지, 고등학교 유형, 학과 계열, 학습 전략, 동아리 활동 여부로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로준비행동 영향 요인을 탐색하기 위하여 결합회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 중장벽 인식집단은 고장벽 인식집단에 비해 진로준비행동을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났고, 저장벽 인식집단은 유의한 차의가 없었다. 통제변수에서는 진로결정 자기효능감, 사회적 지지, 고등학교 유형, 대학 유형이 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로준비행동을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to classify the types of career barriers college students face and explore the factors influencing their career preparation behaviors. Data from the 4th wave (2020) of the Korean Education and Employment Panel 2 (KEEP II) were utilized, analyzing 561 students. The analysis revealed three groups of career barriers: low-barrier, medium-barrier, and high-barrier. Factors distinguishing these groups included parental education level, career decision self-efficacy, resilience, social support, high school type, academic major, learning strategies, and extracurricular activities. A mixed regression analysis showed that the medium-barrier group engaged in more career preparation behaviors than the high-barrier group. Career decision self-efficacy, social support, high school type, and university type were significant predictors of career preparation behaviors. Strategies to enhance these behaviors are suggested based on the findings.
