대학몰입과 취업성공 간 관계에서 취업준비행동의 매개효과 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 대학몰입, 취업준비 행동, 그리고 취업 성공 간의 관계를 탐구하고, 일반고와 직업계고 졸업생 간의 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 Baron & Kenny(1986)가 제시한 3단계 절차에 따라, 대학몰입이 취업 성공에 미치는 영향을 취업준비 행동이 매개하는지 분석하였다. 특히, 직업계고 졸업생들의 대학몰입이 취업준비 행동 및 취업 성공에 어떻게 다른 영향을 미치는지를 탐구하였다. 연구 결과, 대학몰입이 취업준비 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이는 취업 성공으로 이어질 가능성이 높았다. 또한, 직업계고 졸업생들은 일반고 졸업생들에 비해 대학몰입 및 취업준비 행동에서 차이를 보였으며, 이러한 차이가 취업 성과에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 직업계고 졸업생들의 대학몰입과 취업 성공 간의 관계를 심층적으로 이해하고, 교육 정책 및 대학의 취업 지원 프로그램에 대한 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study explores the relationship between college engagement, career preparation behavior, and employment success, with a focus on differences between general and vocational high school graduates. Using Baron and Kenny’s (1986) three-step procedure, the research examines whether career preparation mediates the impact of college engagement on employment success. The results show that college engagement positively influences career preparation, which enhances employment success. Vocational high school graduates differ in college engagement and career preparation compared to general high school graduates, impacting their employment outcomes. This study offers key insights for educational policy and university career support programs.
