직업계고 졸업자의 진로경험과 일자리 만족도 관계에서 대학(대학 만족도 및 진로 및 취·창업 서비스 만족도)의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 한국직업능력연구원 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ(KEEPⅡ: Korean Education & Employment Panel Ⅱ) 자료 중 중 2차(2018년)와 7차(2023년) 데이터를 활용하여 직업계고 진로활동(진로교육/활동, ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 창의적 체험활동)과 일자리 만족도의 관계에 대학 만족도, 대학의 진로 및 취·창업 서비스 만족도가 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 직업계고 재학 시 진로교육/활동, ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두 현재 일자리 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로교육/활동, ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두에서 대학 만족도의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로교육/활동과 창의적 체험활동에서 대학의 진로 및 취·창업 서비스 만족도 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학 만족도와 대학에서 경험한 진로 및 취·창업 서비스에 대한 만족도가 직업계고설립 및 운영 목적에 맞춰 현장 실습 등 체험 위주의 진로교육을 받은 직업계고 졸업생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study attempted to find out whether college satisfaction and career and job and start-up service satisfaction affect the relationship between vocational high school career activities (career education/activity, 'career and occupation' class, and creative experience learning). To this end, the 2nd (2018) and 7th (2023) data of the KEEP II of the Korea Vocational Competency Research Institute were used. As a result, first, it was found that career education/activity, 'career and occupation' classes, and creative experience learning all had a positive effect on current job satisfaction when attending vocational high school. Second, when attending vocational high school, the mediating effect of university satisfaction was statistically significant in all three experiences: career education/activity, 'career and occupation' class, and creative experience learning. Third, in career education/activity and creative experience activities, it was found that the mediating effect of college career and job/start-up service satisfaction was statistically significant.
