- Abstract
- 전문교과 교사 임용시험에서 실기평가는 시·도 교육청 및 표시과목별로 시행 여부와 기준에 있어 일관성이 부족함. 2021-2024년 동안 9개 시·도교육청에서 일부 제한된 9개 표시과목에 한하여 실기평가를 통해 신규 교사를 선발하였으나, 평가 제도의 편차로 인해 전문교과 예비교사의 실기역량을 체계적으로 검증하기에는 한계가 있었음. 전문교과는 교사의 실기능력이 중요하므로, 이를 반영한 일관적이고 지속가능한 임용시험 실기평가 체제의 구축이 필요함. 이러한 체계적 운영을 통해 전문교과 실기평가의 신뢰성과 공정성을 제고하고, 직업계고 현장에서의 실질적인 교육 효과성을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 사료됨.
The practical skill assessments in the vocational subject teacher recruitment examinations lack consistency in their implementation and criteria across different regional education offices and designated subjects. From 2021 to 2024, nine regional education offices conducted practical assessments for a limited number of nine designated subjects to select new teachers. However, discrepancies in the assessment system limited the systematic verification of the practical competencies of prospective vocational teachers. Given the importance of practical skills for vocational subject teachers, the establishment of a consistent and sustainable assessment system for practical skills in recruitment examinations is a necessity. Systematic management of this assessment process would enhance the reliability and fairness of practical evaluations in vocational subjects and strengthen the effectiveness of education in vocational high schools.
