한국인의 소명의식 예측요인에 관한 주제범위 문헌고찰

Abstract

본 연구는 한국인의 소명의식 예측요인에 관한 연구 현황을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 주제범위 문헌고찰의 최신 지침에 따라 국내외 데이터베이스에서 한국인 대상 소명의식 연구를 검색하여 수집한 후, 소명의식의 예측변인을 측정한 73편의 연구를 선정하여 출간 동향, 연구 방법, 예측변인을 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국인 대상 소명의식 예측요인 연구는 2014년 이후 증가하다 2018년부터 정체되는 현상을 보였으며, 학술지 논문과 학위논문은 비슷한 비율로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 연구가 횡단설계였으며, 가장 많이 사용된 소명의식 척도는 한국판 소명척도(CVQ-K)였다. 연구 대상은 대부분 직장인이었고, 일부 연구는 학생 대상이었다. 셋째, 예측변인은 개인과 조직 수준으로 분류되었으며, 개인 수준에서는 ‘개인적 특성 및 경험’, 조직 수준에서는 ‘상사의 리더십’이 가장 많이 연구된 범주로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구의 필요성과 방향성을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to explore the current state of research on the antecedents of South Koreans’ perceptions of a calling. Following recent guidelines on scoping reviews, studies on South Koreans’ perceptions of a calling were searched and collected from domestic and international databases. Consequently, 73 studies that measured the predictors of a calling were selected, and publication status, research methods, and predictor variables were analyzed. The results follow. First, studies on antecedents of the perception of a calling among South Koreans increased until 2014 but stagnated from 2018, with academic journal articles and dissertations showing a similar distribution. Second, all studies employed a cross-sectional design, with the Korean version of the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ-K) being the most commonly used. Most participants were working adults, but some student studies were conducted. Third, predictors were classified into individual and organizational levels, with “individual experiences and characteristics” being the most researched category at the individual level. “Supervisor’s leadership characteristics” was identified at the organizational level. The need and direction for further research were suggested based on these findings.
