신산업분야 고졸 인력 성장경로 모델 개발 연구

Abstract

신산업분야의 고졸 인력 성장경로 모델을 개발하기 위한 구체적인 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고졸 인력 성장경로에 관해 이론적으로 검토한다. 성장경로의 개념과 관련 이론, 고졸 인력 성장경로 관련 선행연구를 살펴보고, 고졸 인력 성장경로에 관한 제도 현황을 분석하여 고졸 인력 성장경로의 이론적 모형을 도출한다. 둘째, 신산업분야 고졸 인력의 수요 및 양성 동향을 분석한다. 최근의 고졸 인력에 관한 산업체 동향을 채용공고 API 분석을 통해 살펴보고, 산업구조 변화와 그에 따른 고졸 인력 수요 전망을 분석한다. 또한, 최근의 신산업분야 고졸 인력 양성 관련 현황을 분석하며, 신산업분야의 고졸 인력 수요 및 양성 동향을 종합적으로 고려하여 성장경로 모델을 개발할 신산업분야를 선정한다. 셋째, 신산업분야 고졸 인력 성장경로를 탐색한다. 성장경로 모델을 개발할 대상 신산업분야를 중심으로 인력 수요와 성장경로에 관한 현황을 분석하고, 고졸 인력 성장경로에 관한 인식과 요구를 분석한다. 이를 토대로 신산업분야 고졸 인력 성장경로의 주요 특징을 도출한다. 넷째, 신산업분야 고졸 인력 성장경로 모델과 지원 과제를 도출한다. 선정된 신산업분야의 고졸 인력 성장경로 탐색 결과를 토대로 성장경로 모델을 구안하고 타당화하며, 신산업분야의 고졸 인력 양성과 경력개발 지원을 위한 정책과제를 제안한다.

Currently, secondary vocational education's response to technological innovation and rapid changes in industrial structure is focused on how to bring about changes in educational content. However, this response focuses on immediate post-graduation employment and has the limitation of a need for more discussion on how high school graduates who enter new industries can grow. For secondary vocational education to effectively respond to the demand for training human resources in new industrial fields, we must develop a prototype for the growth path of high school graduates suitable for new industrial fields. The growth path is a concept that encompasses a series of career paths and educational training through which high school graduates grow into experts. Based on discussions on the growth path from a mid-to-long-term perspective, a policy to foster vocational high school graduates in new industries is promoted to enable the employment of vocational high school students. Efforts are needed to help growth. In other words, presenting a picture of the growth path after employment as a career vision, going beyond simple employment linkage, is necessary. To this end, this study selected representative new industrial fields that require the training of high school graduates and then developed a growth path model for high school graduates in those industries as an example.
