Abstract

본 연구에서는 청년층 취업난과 미스매치 문제, 고졸 청년의 취업 실태와 과제, 대학생을 대상으로 한 핵심직업능력평가시스템의 구축, 청년의무고용제도 도입의 타당성 문제, 청년층 자영업의 실태와 과제 등을 다루었다.

In this study, five major policy issues for the promoting youth employment were selected and theoretical review, data analysis, establishing policy alternative and so on are performed. Selected five major policies in connection with youth employment are the eyelevel of the youth and mismatch, fact-revealing and policy of a high-school diploma employment, establishing core skills evaluation system, feasibility analysis for introduction of youth quota system, realities of youth self-employment and measures encouraging it. ...
