한-ILO 협력사업 추진실태 점검 및 향후 발전방안

Abstract

본 연구는 2003년 이후 추진되어 온 한-ILO 고용노동 분야 협력사업 에 대한 그간의 추진실태를 점검·평가하고, 이를 토대로 국제기구(ILO)를 통한 개도국 고용노동 분야 개발협력사업의 효과성 제고를 위한 향후 발전방안을 도출·제시하는데 목적이 있음.

Since the signing of MOU on Korea-ILO Cooperation there has been annual financial support in vocational training, social security, industrial safety and industrial relations. It is evaluated that the Korean partner organizations has contributed greatly to the economic and social development of the developing countries in the Asia and the Pacific region through their devoted participation, expansion of business, and increase of funding. By examining the progress of the Korea-ILO Partnership Programs, this study aims to find measures for future developments to enhance effectiveness of the Korea's development cooperation activities with ILO in employment and labor. This study provides progress, diagnosis, analysis of the partnership programs with international organizations and measures for improving the performance of the activities.
