- Efficient and active support at the national level for individuals' career development by providing relevant information and guidance to individuals must be one of the most important strategies to enhance the quality of human resources, the essential element for strengthening our country's competitive power in the 21st century. With the financial support from the Minstry of Education, Korean Research Institute established Career Development Center(CDC). This is the first year report of the project to establish and manage the CDC.
