학교에서 직업세계로의 이행에 관한 연구(Ⅱ) : 고등교육 단계를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 1999년 연구과제인 『학교에서 직업세계로의 이행에 관한 연구(I): 고등학교단계를 중심으로』의 후속과제로서 선행 연구에서 제시한 학교-직업세계 이행의 개념 및 이론적 틀에 근거하여 전문대학과 일반대학을 포함한 고등교육기관에서의 학생들의 직업세계 준비, 직업세계로의 이행 과정, 그리고 직업세계로의 이행 결과 등 대학-직업세계 이행 실태를 체계적으로 검토하고, 대학생들이 보다 원활하게 학교에서 직업세계로 이행을 할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 교육적, 사회적 체제를 확립하기 위한 기초를 마련하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the transition from college to the world of work on the basis of the conceptual framework of school-to-work. In this study, we used research methods and procedures as follows. First, we reviewed prior studies and materials to have a pre-understanding of the present situation of college-to-work transition. Second, we analyzed the data from the survey of 15 to 29-year-old youths which has been conducted in 1999. Third, we surveyed employers and college graduate workers and analyzed statistically. Fourth, we interviewed college professor and staffs at college placement office and employers to deeply know the realities and problems of college-to-work transition. ...
