Abstract
본 연구는 우리나라 직업교육의 효율적인 개도국 전수 및 지원을 위하여 개발이 마무리 된 “베트남 협력전략 2011~2015”(Viet Nam Country Partnership Strategy)에 반영되어야 할 전체 직업교육 부분을 망라한 시범 분석과 개발을 통해 향후 개도국에 대한 직업교육 지원 모델 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 베트남의 직업교육실태를 종합적으로 분석하여 베트남 직업교육 역량 강화를 위해 직업교육기관의 교수역량 강화, 학교운영관리 자문, 교육과정개발 지원 등 지속적인 사업 수행을 위한 예비 타당성 조사를 실시하는 것이다.
베트남은 우리나라의 중점지원 대상국이며, 직업교육 분야에서도 1994년 이후 총 13개 사업(무상 8개 사업, 유상 5개 사업)을 지원했거나 현재 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 베트남에 지원했던 직업교육 분야 사업을 종합적으로 분석하여 보다 효과적인 사후관리 방안을 제안하고, 향후 유사사업 추진 시 효율적인 사업 수행을 위한 계획에 반영할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.
■ Need & Purpose of Research
Demand to benchmark vocational education and training(VET) in Korea is growing in the developing countries to improve strategies on national development and antipoverty. This study comprehensively analyzes the projects which were conducted in the past to support vocational education in Vietnam and proposes measures to efficiently post-manage the outcome.
It also aims to provide methods to apply the outcomes from the previous researches to conducting future projects related to VET.
