진로교육성과와 학교교육성과의 연관성 분석을 위한 기초 연구

Abstract

진로교육 강화정책에 따른 진로교육성과와 학교교육성과의 연관성 분석을 위한 기초를 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구의 세부적인 목적은 다음과 같다. · 진로교육성과와 학교교육성과의 연관성 분석을 위해 활용할 수 있는 성과지표와 자료를 제시한다. · 진로교육성과와 학교교육성과의 연관성을 검토할 수 있는 다양한 양적？질적 분석 기법을 실행한다. · 향후 지속해서 진로교육성과와 학교교육성과를 평가하고, 두 성과의 연관성을 분석하기 위해 필요한 개선점을 제안한다.

Since the introduction of the Career Education Reinforcement Policy in 2011, the need has been raised for research to examine how career education may influence school education performance. However, due to the short period of time that passed since the introduction of the policy, it is too early to expect to obtain significant results. Therefore, the aim of the study is to provide the basis for analysing the association between career education performance and school education performance and to analyse the association between the performances with the existing data set. For that purpose, the report defined ‘performance’ as a multi-dimensional concept that can be measured in terms of the ‘output’ and ‘outcome’. The report also distinguished the concept of career education performance and school education performance by limiting their scope.
