실업자 직업훈련과 직장이동 : 훈련-취업 직종 연계를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 훈련 직종의 선택과 훈련 후 취업 과정에 대해 직종 변수를 중심으로 분석함으로써 향후 실업자 직업훈련제도의 취업 성과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 데 기초를 제공하고자 한다. 이는 훈련 참여자들의 취업 성과를 제고하여 취약계층의 자립을 지원하고 여성의 경제활동 참가를 촉진함으로써 경제 전체의 고용률 제고에도 기여할 것이다.

This study evaluates the performance of vocational training for the unemployed in terms of the match between the fields of training and those of occupations.
