- The purpose of this project is to design the NSTCS in Vietnam that suits the labor market, the social system, and policies of the Vietnamese Government. To do so, a legal and institutional foundation of human resources needs to be provided and the National Skills Testing Management Agency(NSTMA) & Skills Testing Center(STC) needs to be established and operated.
