특수교육대상 학생을 위한 진로정보 연구(Ⅰ) : 기초연구를 중심으로(총괄보고서)

Abstract

본 연구는 2차년에 걸쳐 수행되는 경제인문사회연구회 협동과제로, 비장애학생에 비하여 진로정보의 양·질적 수준이 열악하고 접근성이 낮은 중등단계 특수교육대상 학생 대상의 진로정보 현황, 필요성, 내용·구조·전달방식 등을 총체적으로 진단하여, 이들의 요구와 필요에 특화된 신뢰롭고 정확한 진로정보를 확인하고 이를 개발·보급·확산시키기 위한 정책틀을 제공하는 것이 목적이다.

Despite drastic change to increase national responsibility and accountability for strengthening career development of student with special educational needs, there is no specialized career information based on their needs. In theory, career information plays the important role to people who determine their own lives by providing educational right and independent life specially to disabled students. The purposes of this study were to survey and confirm that what types and factors of career information was important for those who are in disabilities as students, parents, and teachers, and what is the advanced abroad cases and their implications in developing career information for disabled students in school setting. For the purposes, various research methodologies were used for this study: A literature review, quantitative and qualitative methodology such as survey and FGI(focuse group interviews), workshops with specialist and teacher from various disability-related field, overseas practices and brainstorming. Total 1,657 of students parents, and teachers were surveyed through instrument and face to face interview. As the result, 7 types and 36 factors of career information were confirmed as a important needed career information. Finally this study suggests the “macro and micro career information development model”, and the strong national support policy for student with special educational needs for development and dissemination of career information continuously for career development and quality of life with self-reliance.
