- Abstract
- This study is conducted to develop a model standardized course of a certain area and to provide a measure for an efficient operation of the course so that Vocational Training Institute of Human Resources Development Service of Korea, Korea Foundation of Polytechnic Colleges and Korean University of Technology & Education can operate interrelated curriculums.
In preparation for this study, I have analyzed relevant documents and data, and had interviews with experts of related institutions and persons concerned in educational and training institutions. Experts at educational and training institutions were commissioned to be an advisor to work on a draft of standardized education and training courses. Moreover, I conducted a mail survey on people concerned in education and training by each special area. The Expert Council was also formed to review the standardized education and training courses, curriculum arrangement of each institution and improvement measure for an efficient operation of the curriculum.
The purpose of this study was to develop standardized education and training courses and to come up with improvement measures.
