- Abstract
- In order to overcome the alienation of female inmates in vocational training, and to aid those inmates return to society (rehabilitation), there is a need for gender sensitivity in training policy. This study 'developed the analytical indicators' on gender sensitivity in training policy for inmates and 'evaluated gender sensitivity' of the policy by applying those indicators. In this study, we present the analytical indicators and summarize the results of gender sensitivity evaluation.
Analytical indicators are composed of 'three stages' in accordance with the policy cycle and the major indicators are listed in each stage. The three stages of policy are as follows: 1) policy planing; 2) policy execution; and 3) outcome and performance.
