Abstract

본 연구는 앞서 지적하였듯이 대학교와 산업체간의 인적자원개발 중심의 산학협력체제 구축 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적에 부응하기 위해 본 연구에서 다루게 될 보다 구체적인 연구내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 최근 새롭게 부각되고 있는 산학협력의 이론적 접근과 선행연구 분석을 통해 신산학협력의 의미와 영역, 변화 방향을 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 산학협력에 관한 선행연구 분석과 국내·외 우수사례 분석을 통해 인적자원개발 중심의 신산학협력체제 구축(대학, 산업체 측면)의 방향에 대한 모색과 대학·산업체간 산학협력체제의 모형을 개발·제시해 보고자 한다. 셋째, 대학과 산업체를 대상을 한 설문조사를 실시함으로써, 대학 및 산업체의 인적자원개발 중심 산학협력체제의 현황 및 성과 분석, 문제점을 진단해 보았다. 끝으로 이상의 논의를 기초로 대학 및 산업체의 인적자원개발 중심의 산학협력체제 정책과제별 실천 방안에 대하여 제시해 보고자 하였다.

Universities, government, and industry are recognized as three subjects of innovation, which promote the development of each other. Therefore the importance of the mutual connection and cooperation among them has been increased, guaranteeing the growth and development of them. The new goal of industry-academic cooperation is that the three subjects should foster clusters of knowledge capital, human capital, and social capital, and construct an industry- academic system which strengthens reciprocal collaboration and connectedness. In fact, government, industry, and universities, the three parties concerned for the cooperation have insufficient understandings of the meaning and strategy of industry-academic cooperation, which is necessary for the construction of innovative economy and the searching for concrete public policies and practices. They also do not grasp the overall situations, performances, and problems of the cooperation. This research is conducted for the purpose of indicating the direction of industry-academic cooperation systems focusing on the human resource development as a milestone of an innovative economy. It also intends to develop cooperation models for reinforcing mutual connection and collaboration of three innovation subjects, and draw up schemes for the activation of the cooperation of them. ...
