Abstract

본 연구는 산학협력을 활성화시키기 위한 대안으로 e-Learning 측면에서의 산학 협력 우수 사례 및 효과성 분석과 아울러 산학협력 운영 사례 등을 분석하여, 'e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 활성화 방안'을 정부, 학교, 산업체의 입장에서 입체적으로 제시함으로써 실직적인 e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 모델을 제시하였다. e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 모델을 도출하기 위하여 다음과 같은 의견수렴 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 국내외 우수 사례 분석, 둘째, e-Learning을 통한 산학 협력의 효율성 제고 방안에 대한 설문조사, 셋째, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 관련 쟁정사항 도출 및 의견 수렴을 위한 세미나, 넷째, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 모델에 대한 델파이조사 를 통해 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 활성화 모델을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 모델 1, e-Learning 을 통한 산학협력 활성화를 위한 역할모델, 모델 2, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 모델(전국단위), 모델 3, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 모델(지역단위) 모델 4, e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 운영모델이다. 제안하는 모델은 향후 e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 정책추진 및 운영 활성화 방안에 대한 방향성을 제시하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. ○ 주요 내용 - e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 활성화 방안 및 모델 제시 - e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 국내외 우수 사례 및 운영 현황 분석 - e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 활성화 방안을 위한 요구 분석 - e-Learning을 통한 산학협력 국내 대학별 우수 사례집

Recently, industry-academia cooperation is becoming ever more important for the stake-holders; for universities to increase its competitiveness, for industries to promote technological innovation and secure human resources, and for the government to increase the competitiveness of its national human resources and technology. Along with this, in this information era, how to utilize e-learning to promote cooperation between schools and industry, particularly in the field of growing human resources for the future, is becoming an important issue. This study takes on this issue and explores its possibility and possible solutions. To pursue this purpose, we looked at exemplary cases where e-learning is utilized as effective means to promote school-industry cooperation. We then surveyed which components of school-industry cooperation is actively utilized through e-learning at universities and junior colleges. Then we tried to suggest the way to promote school-industry cooperation thorough e-learning for the government, universities, and industries. To achieve this goal, we went through the following steps. First, we surveyed how industry-academia cooperation is being promoted through e-learning at universities and industries. Second, we took case studies of selected universities to get the picture of how industry-academia cooperation is being pursued via e-learning. Third, we looked at the universities overseas where cooperation between the school and industry is further promoted through e-learning. Fourth, we also surveyed the need for school-industry cooperation through e-learning among the schools. Then, based on all the above results, we made recommendations on the division of labor among three stakeholder, the government, schools and industries, and developed operation models of promoting school-industry cooperation through e-learning. In the course of the study, we surveyed 389 universities and junior colleges nationwide. We also went through a 3-phased Delphi survey among the experts to finally develop a model of promoting school-industry cooperation through e-learning. Major findings from the survey of universities can be summarized as follows. First, most of the respondents agreed that e-learning provides a more effective way of promoting school-industry cooperation in that e-learning increases accessibility, it saves time and money at the same time, it allows self-directed learning. Second, most respondents agree that there is a great need for increasing the financial and administrative support of the government on e-learning as a means of promoting school-academia cooperation. Third, joint research between universities and industries need to be further promoted by provision of financial and administrative support from the government. Forth, a better incentive system needs to be developed to encourage the faculty members to participate in school-industry cooperation through e-learning. Fourth, e-learning contents development at universities and their e-learning infrastructure need to be further upgraded to promote school-industry cooperation through e-learning. Based on this result and results from other surveys conducted throughout this study, we make the following recommendations on the role of major stakeholder and future directions. First, a industry- cademia cooperation system needs to be established in Korea where universities, industries, and the government work closely together to promote the cooperation through e-learning. Second, the support of the government for promoting the cooperation through e-learning should be increased. Third, a network of school-academia cooperation promotion through e-learning need to be established among the government, universities, industries and the sector council for each industry. A proper incentive system needs to be developed to promote participation in the school-industry cooperation through e-learning among the members of the university and industry. ...
