중소기업 연계형 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 개발 연구

Abstract

우리나라 제대군인들은 취업의지는 높으나 기업이 요구하는 전문성이나 업무능력의 부족으로 민간 기업부문으로의 진출이 매우 미약한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 현실에 있어서 제대군인이 중소 기업 요구 능력을 갖추고 있는지를 진단하고 현장 적응력을 높이는 중소기업 연계형 프로그램 개발이 시급하다. 이 연구에서는 제대군인 취업지원 관련 정책 및 프로그램 현황과 프랑스·독일의 취업지원 제도 운영 현황을 분석하고, 제대 군인의 취업특성과 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램에 관한 요구를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 제대군인 취업 지원 프로그램의 개발 방향과 주요 내용을 도출하였고, 직업 기초능력 향상 프로그램과 전문능력 향상 프로그램의 운영 방안을 제시하였다. ○ 주요내용 - 제대군인 취업지원 관련 정책 및 프로그램 운영 현황 - 제대군인 취업 특성 및 프로그램 개발 요구 분석 - 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 개발 및 운영 방안

According to the research, most of the men in Korea who fulfilled their military service are doing their best to get a job, but it's very hard for them to get a job for a private company. That's because they are lack of professionalism and competence that the companies need. In this situation, it's necessary that some program should be developed to connect them with the small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, that program can analyze and diagnose whether they have competence that the enterprises need. We reviewed the literature, posed questions to the discharged soldiers, interviewed inside and outside of the country, and held seminars. Each chapter has following contents. In Chapter 2, we surveyed the supporting policy and the program for the discharged soldiers at home and abroad. Besides, it contains a good lesson that the excellent supporting employment system in French and Germany give our country. In addition, we investigate the present condition of the educational training to improve the basic educational knowledge and the professional competence among the programs of supporting the discharged employment. In Chapter 3, We studied the characteristics of the discharged soldiers and analyzed the needs for developing the programs and management related to the discharged employment. In Chapter 4. We brought the directions and the main contents of the supporting discharged soldiers´ employment program to a conclusion. Also, we suggested that the programs to improve the vocational competence and professional ability should be operated efficiently. The basic directions of the supporting programs for the discharged soldiers´ employment is to support that the discharged soldiers should have competitive power at the labor market by developing abilities before they finish their service in the army. To realize this, we developed an instrument that understands the vocational key competencies and job performance abilities of the discharged soldiers. and we also suggested five programs to manage supporting discharged soldiers´ employment. ...
