주요국 보건산업 직업분석 및 유망직종 선정 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 다년간 지속된 일자리 부족 문제를 해결하고자 하는 박근혜 정부의 국정목표와 국정비전을 바탕으로 보건산업에 초점을 둔 신규 직업을 발굴하는 것이다. 보건 산업계의 일자리 창출, 기존 보건산업 직종의 고용 수준 제고를 위한 기초자료로서 주요 선진국의 보건산업 관련 직업 조사 및 분석을 통해 신규 유망직종 10개를 선정하고 해당 직종의 일자리 활성화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The study aimed to examine the occupations in health industry in the overseas developed countries and select the emerging, prospective occupations. A list of potential prospective jobs in health industry was drafted including 198 jobs (177 jobs from developed countries and previous research, 21 jobs from the workplace opinion leaders). Through the examination and survey of subject matter experts, 10 prospective jobs were selected, including U healthcare coordinator, medical interpreter, embedded software engineer, clinical engineer, medical science liaison, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs specialist, beautyomics researcher, industrial collaboration food engineer, diet educator, and geriatric regulatory administrator. The strategies to expand the size of employment in these jobs were recommended under three main strategies: financial support, education/qualification, and specialisation of job.
