직업교육훈련 현장실습의 효율적 운영 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 현재의 현장실습 운영의 구조적 취약성을 종합적으로 진단하여 효율적인 현장실습의 운영 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 구체적인 연구의 목적을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장실습에 관련된 제 이론 및 관련 법을 검토한다. 둘째, 현장실습 운영에 관한 국내외 선행 연구를 조사·분석한다. 셋째, 현재 이루어지고 있는 현장실습 운영 실태를 파악하고 문제점을 진단한다. 넷째, 진단된 문제점을 바탕으로 현장실습을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 기본적 운영 방안을 제시한다.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the current status of work-based experience in technical high school and junior college education in Korea, and to provide the effective strategies based on the analysis of the comprehensive problems in management work-based experience. To accomplish the purposes of the study, the current problems of management in work-based experience and concepts of work-based experience, management cases of foreign work-based experience, etc. were reviewed through the previous related studies, and the legal regulations were also reviewed to get implications for designing the strategies for effective management of work-based experience. Furthermore, the survey and interview method were utilized to investigate the perceptions of problems and the needs in work-based experience from selected sample of students who had received or had been receiving and work-based experiences, teaching staffs who were in charge of management of work-based experiences in technical high schools and junior colleges, and industrial firms' staffs. ...
