개발도상국 직업교육훈련 전문가 연수 프로그램 개발

Abstract

한국직업능력개발원에서도 UNESCO 직업기술교육훈련 지역센터 사업으로 2002년 아태지역 회원국인적자원개발 및 직업교육훈련분야 전문가/관계공무원 연수를 시작으로 지난 7년간 개도국의 직업교육훈련분야 공무원이나 전문가를 대상으로 TVET and HRD training program for experts를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 직능원이나 UNEVOC 지역센터 사업의 일환으로 직업기술교육훈련(Technical and Vocational Education and Training: TVET) 협력을 위한 아태지역 직업교육훈련분야 연수 프로그램을 다양하게 제공함으로써 연수의 활성화를 도모한다.

In this chapter, we generally examine the socio-economical situation in Korea on human resource development based on knowledge economy. First of all, political, economic and socio-cultural situation are dealt and then explored the current population such as the population fluctuation, the aging etc. In addition, we investigate industrial and occupational structures, IMF foreign exchange crises of Korea, and the subsequent unemployment with economy and labor market of the Korea.
