저탄소 녹색성장 분야 인력양성방안 연구 : 그린카를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 자동차 산업을 중심으로, 그리카 관련 전문기술인력 양성을 위한 대학교과과정 개선의 구체적 방안을 모색하였다. 이 과정에서, 새로운 기술의 등장에 대응하여 미래 숙련수요의 관점에서 인력양성을 어떻게 모색할 것인지 하는 모형을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 이러한 분석체계는 그린카 전문기술인력양성에서만이 아니라, 여타 녹색기술부문에도 유사하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다. 그린카 관련 전문기술인력 양성을 위해서 현재 기초적인 과목 위주로 개설되어 있는 것에 대하여 좀 더 적극적으로 융합과목의 증설 및 학과간 연계프로그램의 강화하는 것이 필요하다고 여겨진다. 또한 미래형 기술에 대한 보다 적극적인 대응이 요청된다. 동력시스템, 차체샤시시스템, 전기전자시스템으로 구분되어 특화된 인력양성이 도모될 필요가 있으며, 이는 현재의 기계공학과, 화학공학과, 재료공학과, 전기전자공학과 각각에서 자기전공에 기반하여 타 전공과목의 기본사항을 흡수 할 수 있는 이중전공제의 개발이 요청된다. 이때, 이러한 이중전공제의 도입과 함께 이러한 기술융합사항을 전수 할 수 있는 교원을 확보하고 적합한 교재를 개발하는 것이 함께 도모되어야 할 것이다. ○ 주요내용 - 그린카 핵심기술 요구분석 - 기술 영역별 대학 교과구성 대응에 대한 평가 - 학과별 기술트랙 제안 - 미래숙련 수요에 대응한 인력양상 방안 개발 모형

This study had sought action plans of improving university curriculum for cultivating Green car related professional technicians (undergraduate level) with a focus on automobile industry. At the 1st stage of the study, it identified elemental technologies for Green car development and calculated the ability level that should be equipped after 10 years in the future by Green car personnel. And it also analyzed the matching level of current university curriculum in response of that. At this phase, not only the response of domestic universities but the trend of U.S. and Japan, where technological development for Green car is active, was compared, and the necessary items for supplement in domestic university curriculums were identified.
