학력인정 사회교육시설 1년3학기제 운영방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 학력인정 사회교육시설의 1년3학기제 운영 방안을 구안하여 학력인정 사회교육시설에 1년3학기제를 확대 실시하는데 필요한 교육과정 및 운영지침을 제시하는데 있다. 이 연구의 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학력인정 사회교육시설의 1년3학기제 의미 및 법적 근거를 살펴봄으로써 1년3학기제 실시의 배경을 밝히고 1년3학기제 실시의 당위성을 밝힌다. 둘째, 학력인정 사회교육시설의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 1년3학기제에 대한 구성원들의 요구를 조사하여 1년3학기제 교육과정 편성에 필요한 요소들을 점검하고 교육과정 시안을 마련한다. 셋째, 1년3학기제 운영에 필요한 제반 사항을 점검하여 1년3학기제 실시에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점들을 추출하고 그에 대한 대비 방안을 강구하여 제시한다.

Since students at a social educational institution would have not received formal schooling for a certain period of time, they could be so short of basic learning skills that they might not complete academic programs based on those of regular schools. On the other hand, they have large experience and varied occupational careers so that they might not need develop further on those areas. Moreover, since what they need most is knowledge, skills, and attitudes which are pertinent to their own jobs, designing and managing school programs should be appropriate to individual students' conditions.

The purposes of this study were, to develop an appropriate curriculum for a trimester school system that could be utilized at acknowledged schools for social education, to design a management model for a trimester school system, and finally, to premeditate difficulties which might be accompanied with a trimester school system and to prepare necessary preventive measures on them. ...
