- 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 훈련기관 유형별 실업자 재취직훈련과정 운영현황 및 문제점을 분석하고, 둘째, 훈련기관 유형별 실업자 훈련과정의 특성화 설정 준거를 구안하여,셋째, 각 훈련기관 유형별로 특성화 훈련과정을 제시한다.
Under the economic crisis since the late 1997, Korean society suffers from large-scale unemployment. Accordingly, the government announced the comprehensive plans for the reemployment of the unemployed suggesting vocational training due to the demand for vocational training from the unemployed.
However, most of training curricula that have been established leave much to be desired in the sense that they are not capable of making the best of their strengths. Besides, they are mainly operated exactly the same as the previous training curricula. In the similar vein, they are not eligible for serving as substantial help in the reemployment of unemployed.
As a consequence, it is critically important to come up with clear criteria to assess the specialization of training program. In addition, it is necessary to explore the alternative to the plans for current vocational training in order to operate training curricula in more efficient manner.
