직업능력개발 훈련비용 지원방식의 개선방안

Abstract

본 연구에서는 근로자직업훈련촉진법 상의 문제점 및 훈련현장에서 근로자훈련비용지원 효율화와 관련해서 제기된 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 다음과 같은 목적으로 수행하였다. 첫째, 훈련직종구분을 재정비하고 그에 따라 표준훈련비를 보다 현실적으로 재산출하고, 둘째, 기준훈련에 대한 훈련비용지원의 우대 방안을 모색하며, 셋째, 기숙사비 현실화를 위한 기준을 마련한다.

The objective of this study is to provide basic data required to build vocational training policy coping with a rapid change of the economic and technological environment and high unemployment. For this purpose, we analyze a recent change of the employment structure in Korea and forecast training demand closely related on the change of the employment structure. First of all, the most important change of the labor market in future is that the knowledge based industry will be greatly enlarged in economy. The forecasting is composed of three part of initial training, further training, the unemployed job training as the contents of the job training.
