학교에서 직업세계로의 이행에 관한 연구(Ⅰ): 고등학교 단계를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 학교-직업세계 이행의 개념적·이론적 틀을 확립하고 우리 나라 고등학생의 직업세계로의 이행에 관한 종합적인 실태를 파악하여 교육과 직업세계간의 효과적이고 효율적인 이행 체제를 구축하기 위한 정책 및 현장 개선의 기초를 마련하기 위한 목적을 가진다.

The purpose of this study was to establish the conceptual and theoretical frameworks of school-to-work transition and to understand the present situation of Korean high school-to-work transition. Also this study intended to improve the school-to-work transition policies and practices by constructing effective transition systems. In this study, we used research methods and procedures as follows. First, we reviewed prior studies and reports to establish the conceptual and theoretical foundations of school-to-work transition. Second, we analyzed various statistical data to show the present situation of Korean high school-to-work transition. Third, scholars and experts from various fields were advised and consulted to make this study reasonable. Fourth, we interviewed high school teachers and employers to understand the realities and problems of school-to-work transition. Fifth, we surveyed 15 to 29-year-old youths by questionnaire.
