수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원 활용과 녹색직업

Abstract

본 연구는 직무 조사를 통하여 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원의 다양한 직업에 관하여 심층적으로 분석하였다. 직무 조사에서는 선정된 핵심 직업의 일을 수행하는 현직자를 만나 수행 직무, 직업 이동, 교육 훈련 및 자격, 향후 전망 등에 관하여 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한 미국, 영국, 네덜란드, 중국, 독일의 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원 활용을 통한 녹색 직업 창출 사례를 분석하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. ○ 주요내용 - 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원의 특성과 활용 현황 및 발전 전망 - 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원 관련 녹색 직업 직무 조사 - 외국의 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원 활용을 통한 녹색 직업 창출 사례 분석 - 수자원, 풍력자원, 태양광자원과 관련된 인력 수요 분석 - 정책제언

This paper examines the utilization and green jobs of water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources, qualification system and government policies. Green sectors will require new jobs, but they will also need to redefine many existing jobs profiles related to water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources. New green jobs of water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources field will require new skills in new and emerging occupations. To meet this challenge, education, training and qualification system will need to supply a well-trained. In growing water resources , wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources should focus on skills to energy efficiency and renewable energy implementation. This study presents a policy suggestions as follows. First, A plan for nurturing and utilization of human resources in water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources field. Second, guarantee of qualification and enhancement of public relations for training program. Third, expansion of industrial world''s participation in nurturing of human resources for green industry technology and technical skills. Fourth, systematic and continuous survey of jobs in relevant fields of water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources. Fifth, renewal of the law and its system relevant to water resources, wind resources, and solar photovoltaic resources sector. Sixth, individual, enterprises'' and the governmental active action coping with environmental changes of the technology. Seventh, release of occupational information and vitalization of career counseling on changing jobs.
