기술융합과 조직창의성

Abstract

본 연구는 근래 기술개발의 주요흐름이 기술융합이라는 측면에 주목하여, 이러한 성과를 증대하기 위한 요소들이 어떠한 조건에서 영향을 끼치는지를 식별하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 정의하는 기술융합은 이종기술 간의 결합을 통하여 새롭게 나타나는 기술을 의미한다. 조직창의성에 대해서는 특허의 산출이 조직창의성의 성과로 발현된다고 보며, 이는 특허정보로 확인된다고 간주하였다. 이러한 기술융합과 조직창의성 정의에 기반하여, 기술개발로 발현되는 조직창의성의 증대를 위한 대응이 업종성격 및 기업규모에 따라 상이할 수 있음을 보인다. ○ 주요내용 - 인적자본기업패널과 혁신조사의 결합 - 한국특허와 미국특허의 활용 - 인용특허를 이용한 특허융합성 판별 - 피인용을 이용한 특허수준 판별 - 가산분포모형 분석 - 순서화된 로짓모형 분석

This study is focusing on the aspect that the mainstream of recent technological development is technology convergence and tries to identify the conditions under which those elements for increase affect the outcome. The technology convergence defined in this study means the newly appearing technologies through hybridization of different technologies. This study considered that organizational creativity is expressed in the output of patents as the achievement of organizational creativity and that can be verified by patent information. On the basis of this definition on technology convergence and organizational creativity, the countermeasure to increase organizational creativity expressed in technology development appeared to be different depending on business type and the size of enterprise. A quantitative analysis on the number of patents in Korea and America, and a qualitative analysis on American patents were implemented by combining the HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) of KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training) with the Korean Innovation Survey of STEPI(Science & Technology Policy Institute), and utilizing the patent information of Korea & America. Through this process, the effect of organization factors and knowledge source to patent as an organizational achievement was analyzed with focus on newly appearing technology convergences through hybridization of different technologies.
