- 본 연구는 2단계 BK21사업 지원을 받은 인력의 노동시장 이행과 성과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있음.
- BK21사업 학위배출자의 노동시장 이행 분석은 참여한 사업단 특성(대학, 사업 분야 등)과 개인 특성(성, 학력, 전공) 등을 고려하여, 취업률, 취업 유형(공공부문/민간부문, 대기업/중소기업 등), 취업 시 임금수준 등을 분석함.
- BK21사업 학위배출자의 노동시장 성과 분석은 BK21 사업 참여자 그룹과 이와 유사한 성격의 비참여자 그룹에 대하여 노동시장에서의 성과를 비교 분석하고자 함.
It shows that the labor market performances of Brain Korea21 Project (BK21)''s participants are very excellent.
- It shows that about 97% of the index of quantity such as economic activity rate and employment rate considering for school looks good in the labor market performance.
-The participants have stable jobs through the size and form of company and the rate of regular employee.
- It shows that participants have over 90% of job satisfaction and 85% of academic consensus and knowledge consensus job satisfaction
- The social cost caused by period of job research is very low because the average employment period is less than two months in such master or doctor.
