실업계 고등학교 졸업자의 산업체 수요에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 주요 내용은 네 부분으로 구성되었다. 첫 번째는 과거 경제성장 과정에서 실업계 고등학교의 변천 과정과 최근의 실업계 고등학교의 상황에 관하여 주로 선행 연구에 기초하여 분석하였다. 두 번째는 미시적 관점에서 개별 사업체의 실업계 고등학교 졸업자와 관련하여 고용, 수요, 고용주의 평가 등에 관한 것으로 사업체 실태조사 결과를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 세 번째는 거시적 관점에서 실업계 고등학교 졸업자에 대한 산업체 수요를 전망하였다. 마지막은 산업체 수요에 대한 분석 및 전망 결과에 기초하여 실업계 고등학교의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study was to analyze the demand for vocational high school graduate in the industry as the ground which is requisite for judgement whether decision maker decreases or increases the scale of vocational high school in Korea on the basis of the demand analysis. In this study, we used collected survey data and statistical data for analyzing the demand of vacational high school graduate from the industry and collected idea in relation with the improvement direction of vocational high school from experts.
