Abstract
본 프로젝트는 한국과 독일의 중간 숙련수준에 해당하는 초기 입직자들의 현장적응(즉 적응시간 및 적응 프로세스)에 관한 연구로, 양성 직업교육훈련(ITVET) 이후 얼마나 노동시장에 잘 적응하는지에 관하여 분석하며, 또 현장적응시간이 얼마나 걸리며, 나아가 현장적응시간에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇인지, 그리고 기업은 초기입직자의 현장적응을 어떻게 돕고 있는지 등을 분석하는 것임.
The objective of this research is to analyze the induction process and the duration of mid-level skilled career entrants: in essence, to verify the induction duration period for career entrants upon their recruitment after VET, and ascertain determining factors which influence such induction duration.
