Abstract

본 사업을 통하여 아태지역 정부 및 교육기관의 HRD, TVET 관련 고위 공직자를 포함한 인재개발 전문가들과 관련 정책 결정자들에게 인적자원개발(HRD) 관련 쟁점과 정책적 전략을 논의할 수 있는 장을 마련하고, 향후 발전방안 및 글로벌 협력 방안 모색에 대한 정보를 공유할 수 있는 장을 제공하고자 한다.

Economic development and rising living standards almost always involve expanding production of higher value-added goods and services, which usually involve both more higher-skill jobs and more skilled workers. Most countries recognize the importance of strengthening education systems to play their part in this process but often have relatively imprecise understanding regarding how well the educational and employment systems are functioning together.
