개도국 여성직업능력개발 ODA사업 평가 및 발전전략 수립

Abstract

본 사업의 내용은 명칭으로만 보면 우리나라의 직업훈련 관련 ODA사업의 대부분을 차지하는 인프라 구축 사업으로 여겨지나 시설 설립이나 장비를 제공하는 사업이 아니며, 베트남의 공공고용서비스기관인 고용지원센터에 여성대상 취업지원서비스를 운영하도록 지원하는 사업임.

1. Evaluation on Establishment/Operation of Vocational Competency Development Center for Women in Vietnam The aim of this project is to run a women-specific employment support service program based on an agreement between the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MOGEF) in Korea and the Department of Gender Equality under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) in Vietnam. For the project, which was modeled on the New Occupation Center for Women (NOCW), some KRW 500 million are annually provided to three employment support centers in Vietnam to build capacity of those who are responsible for job counseling and placement in Vietnamese job centers; to provide vocational education and training (VET) tailored for women in the regions; to support job counseling programs through group counseling and counseling tour; and to establish infrastructure including nurseries, job cafe, and call center. ...
