직업능력개발 훈련기관 인증 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 훈련의 품질 관리를 위한 훈련인증제도가 우리나라의 현재 훈련시장 상황에서 적합한 개념은 무엇이며 어떠한 방향으로 설정되어야 하는지를 분석함으로써 기존 연구와의 차별성을 가지도록 한다. 또한 훈련 인증을 위한 기초 분석으로 훈련시장 구조에 대한 분석과 훈련 인증을 위한 지표안을 제시한다.

This report examines way of accreditation for vocational training institution. As know, this topic has known sensitivity topic and very difficult theme since long before. The reason why like this is that there is no clear incentive for vocational training institution in case of doing accreditation in training market. Therefore, we need to discuss on the way and philosophy of accreditation for efficiency of accreditation policy in the training market. In order to solve this problem, our report includes the substance of study as follows. First, this study have domestic and international previous studies about accreditation, Second, analyze the training market and the number of proper training in order to investigate the relation between accreditation and training quantity. Third, take a look theory about actual management of accreditation and mechanism between accreditation and training market. Finally, suggest direction and contents of indicators for accreditation of vocational training institution in the training market.
