캄보디아, 라오스, 미얀마 지식다이얼로그 구축사업

Abstract

○ 캄보디아 지식다이얼로그 구축사업은 우리나라의 경험을 바탕으로 캄보디아 농업·농촌분야 및 교육 분야의 다양한 협력방안 모색을 목적으로 함. ○ 라오스는 자원이 인근 국가에 비해 부족하나 풍부한 노동력을 바탕으로 경제성장을 추진하고 있음. 이에 직능원의 전문분야인 직업능력 교육 분야에 대한 노하우를 전수하고 향후 교류를 활성화하는데 본 사업의 목적이 있음. ○ 미얀마는 한-아세안의 ‘신뢰와 행복의 동반자’ 비전 및 2015년 아세안경제공동체 출범에 따른 양자 간 혹은 다자간 구체적 협력방안의 모색을 위하여 New Emerging Market인 미얀마 고위공무원 및 연구기관들이 “한-미얀마 지식 네트워크 구축”을 주제로 사업 진행함.

As an effort of strengthening international networking with the South Asian countries, national research institutes under NRCS (National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences) holds cooperative policy seminar which allows participants to expand the extent of cooperation and to discuss issues in various fields with government, research institutes and universities of respective countries. The Cambodian government has established Rectangular Strategy Phase III (2014-2018), focusing on agriculture sector having priority on economic growth. The Ministry of Rural Development in Cambodia has set up Community Development Department 2014-2018 and has aimed to strengthen the community capacity, increase household income and improve the quality of life by invigorating various community development projects. Thus, the purpose of Cambodia Knowledge Dialogue Building project lies in exploring various cooperative measures in agriculture and education sector, referring Korean economic and social development experiences. In case of Laos, it has been carrying forward a plan for economic growth utilizing abundant labor force while having difficulty in lack of natural resources. It is expected that this forum will provide a platform not only to share know-how of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), which KRIVET has expertise in, but also to expand international exchange in the near future. The seminar was also hold in Myanmar, considered as a new emerging market, to seek bilateral or multilateral cooperation measures as inception of ASEAN economic community. ...
