특수교육대상학생을 위한 전공과 운영 활성화 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 장애학생의 자립적인 생활과 원활한 취업으로의 연계를 도모하기 위해 특수학교 및 일반학교에 설치된 전공과의 내실 있는 운영방안을 제안하고, 전공과 운영의 활성화를 위한 구체적인 정책방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 연구 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 시점에서의 전공과 운영 모형을 진단하고, 문제점 및 시사점을 도출한다. 둘째, 내실 있는 전공과 운영을 위한 특수학교 및 일반학교 전공과의 운영 실태를 살펴보고, 관련 이해관계자의 요구의견을 수렴한다. 셋째, 현재 전공과 운영 모형에 기초하여 운영상의 문제점에 대응하며, 전공과의 역할과 목적에 부합한 방안을 제안한다. 넷째, 전공과 운영의 활성화를 위한 구체적 전략과 지원체계 방안을 제안한다.

The purpose of this research was to suggest the improvement directions for the post-secondary vocational program for the students with special education needs both in special and general school. For the purpose, quantitative and qualitative research methodology were used. For quantitative methodology, the survey instruments were developed for school administrators, teachers and parents in three factors; input, process, and output based on the related legislation. The input factor was divided into five categories, and the process and output factors were consisted with two and four categories respectively. This survey were conducted during 2 weeks(from September 2 to September 16, 2015) through e-mail and post with the support of the Ministry of Special Education Policy division to all schools both in special and general school where post-secondary vocational program for the students with special education needs were running. A total number of 1,051(158 school administrators, 367 teachers, and 526 parents) from 88 schools were responded. For qualitative methodology, school visiting and face to face interview were conducted with four special schools and teachers for getting more detail information about how to improve the post-secondary vocational program for the future. ...
