일학습병행제 운영 실태 및 개선 방안

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 일학습병행제의 운영 실태를 진단하고, 이를 통해 일학습병행제의 성공적인 정착·운영을 위한 개선 방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 세부 연구 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일학습병행제의 개념, 정책 동향 및 유사 제도와의 차이를 분석한다. 둘째, 일학습병행제의 운영 실태를 진단한다. 셋째, 일학습병행제의 운영 사례를 분석한다. 넷째, 일학습병행제의 성공적인 정착·운영을 위한 개선 방안을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement for successful operation of Korean apprenticeship through examining the status of operation of current apprenticeship system. The specific purpose of this research is to do the following: 1) Analyse the concept, policy stream and the difference between similar system 2) Examine the status of operation of apprenticeship system 3) Investigate the operation cases of apprenticeship 4) Suggest the improvement strategy for successful apprenticeship system
