- 본 연구는 대한민국 고용노동부(MOEL)가 ILO에 제안한 ILO 서울직업훈련센터(ILO Seoul Training Centre: ISTC)의 설립 타당성을 검토하고, 관련 정책 결정자들에게 실현 가능한 제안들을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. ILO 서울직업훈련센터(이하 ISTC)가 설립되면 기술직업교육훈련(TVET) 관리자 및 실무자, 교사/교육생, 산업 관계자 및 정부 기관들에게 TVET의 개발과 발전 경험을 학습하고 공유할 수 있는 국제적인 환경을 제공할 것이다.
The overall objective of this Assessment Study is to assess the relevance of the proposal from the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Republic of Korea about establishing a skills training centre in Seoul and to assist the concerned decision makers by suggesting possible options to realize such that proposal.
