- Abstract
- 본 연구는 첫째, 지방대학 특성화 정책·사업의 실행 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 정부 차원에서 사업 간 연계와 정책적 지원 방안을 찾고, 둘째, 정부가 지방대학 특성화 사업을 위해 마련한 연계 지원 방안을 지방대학 및 지역균형인재 육성 기본계획과 시행계획에 활용할 수 있도록 구체적인 정책 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다.
○The purpose of the study was performed in order to develop a linking support system of central government for local university specialization. Concretely, it proposed the policy directions of central government and detailed plans to set the smoothly linking system for regions-universities -industries. Also, the study had a purpose to support "support for the promotion of local universities and local human resources" by central government. It was legislated the 「Law on the Promotion of Local Universities and Local Human Resources」 as a local universities support comprehensive plan on January 2014. And, it is being established 「the Promotion of Local Universities and Local Human Resources master plan」 as a follow-up action. ...
