2014 특성화고/마이스터고 글로벌 현장학습 운영 성과관리 및 내실화 지원사업

Abstract

본 4차년도 사업에서는 현장실습 기회를 제공하여 경력 및 진로 설계를 돕고, 이를 통해 글로벌 감각을 갖춘 인재로 양성하는 것을 목적으로 글로벌 인재들의 해외 진출을 지원하는 글로벌 현장학습 사업 덕분에 청년들의 해외 취업을 위한 관문이 넓어지고 있다. 다양해진 프로그램과 저소득층 지원, 특성화고·마이스터고 학생들의 해외 현장실습 기회와 멘토링, 진로 및 취업 특강 등 실질적으로 학생들에게 도움이 되는 기회를 제공함으로써 제계를 움직일 대한민국 청년들의 밝은 미래가 기대된다.

Currently, the common view among many countries all over the world is that ‘educational reform’ will control success or failure of countries in the 21st century. This educational reform is essential in order to successfully solve many problems arising in the new environment of the rapidly changing modern society and improve the quality of life of the individual as a community member. In addition, trade openness, changes in economic conditions and domestic social and cultural change also require a new type of education. The purposes of ‘Global Field Trip Project’ organized by the Ministry of Education and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training are to provide various global field trip opportunities to the students of vocational high schools·Meister High Schools to help them design their career and courses and train key personnel with a global sense through this and cultivate both language skills and major practical skills by the project in conjunction with the major to strengthen the Scools Global Field Trip Operation employment capability and implementation of these purposes contributes to building an advanced vocational education system. Starting with 1st year business in 2011, the 4th year business of ‘Global Field Trip Project’ was terminated in 2014 and hence, this project report was published. In particular, the purpose of utilizing this business report is to find educational implications by expanding the vocational training policy of vocational high schools·Meister High Schools currently in operation and assessing and identifying the difference in awareness among teacher, student, parent and vocational training expert groups.
