연구실안전관리사(가칭) 전문자격 신설을 위한 직무분석 연구

Abstract

이 연구는 연구실안전관리사 국가자격종목을 직무분석을 통하여 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 연구실안전관리사 직무분석을 통해 직무모형, 직업명세서, 직무명세서, 작업명세서 등을 도출하고, 연구실안전관리사의 응시자격, 검정기준, 시험과목 및 출제기준, 검정방법 등을 제시하였다. 또한 연구실안전관리사 교육훈련프로그램(안)을 마련하였다. 직무모형에 분석된 연구실안전관리사의 책무는 연구실 안전관리규정 제·개정, 연구실 안전관리 계획 및 시스템 구축, 연구실 안전교육, 연구실 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단, 연구실 안전관리, 연구실 안전환경 개선, 사전유해인자위험분석, 연구실 보건·환경관리, 사고관리, 안전관리 우수연구실 인증으로 구성되어 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and develop the national qualification items of laboratory safety manager in terms of jobs. To achieve that, this researcher first looked into the concept of laboratory safety management, the necessity of national qualification of laboratory safety manager, and the market size in the background aspects of the introduction of laboratory safety manager qualification system; secondly analyzed the actual conditions of similar qualification systems and safety management education at home and abroad; thirdly drew job model, occupational specification, and job specification on the basis of the job analysis on laboratory safety manager, and proposed the education and training program (plan) for laboratory safety manage, and suggested qualification, test guidelines, test subjects and guidelines for questions, and test method; fourthly, presented a policy direction for promoting the qualification system of laboratory safety manager. As study methods, literature analysis, expert conference, job analysis, questionnaire survey, and interview were applied.
