국가진로교육센터 운영 체계 연구

Abstract

이 연구는 「진로교육법」 제정(2015.6.22. 공포, 12.23. 시행)으로 동법 제15조에 따라 정부가 지정하게 될 국가진로교육센터의 운영 체계를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국가진로교육센터 관련 국내외 유관 기관 운영 사례를 분석하고 학계, 교육계 및 정책입안자 등 다양한 이해 집단들로부터 국가진로교육센터 운영 체계에 관한 의견을 수렴하였다. 이를 통하여 ① 국가진로교육센터의 비전, 역할과 기능, ② 국가진로교육센터의 조직 및 인원 구성, ③ 중앙-지역 및 유관 기관 간 연계를 위한 협력 방안 등 국가진로교육센터 운영 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 무엇보다도 국가진로교육센터는 학교에서 직업세계로의 원활한 이행을 촉진하는 국가진로교육 지원 전담 기관이자 국내외 진로교육 자원을 연계하는 허브 기관으로서의 역할과 기능이 중요하며, 효율적인 업무 수행에 필요한 조직과 인원 구성이 필요함을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the operating systems of the National Career Education Center to be designated by the government, pursuant to Article 15 of the law as enacted ｢Career Education Act｣ (promulgated on June 22, 2015, enforced on Dec. 23, 2015). To this end, we analyzed best operating practices of international and domestic relevant organizations related to the National Career Education Center, and collected the opinions of operating system for the National Career Education Center from various interest groups, including the academics, educators and policy-makers.
