NCS기반 훈련생 역량평가 운영방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 평가의 다양한 측면 중에서 훈련생의 학습 결과에 초점을 둔 역량 평가를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 아울러 NCS 기반 훈련생 역량 평가 모델을 제시하고, 역량 평가 체계의 구축 및 운영 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기반 훈련생 역량 평가의 현황을 살펴본다. 둘째, NCS 기반 훈련생 역량 평가를 위한 평가 체계 구축 및 운영 방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 평가 결과 검증 및 평가 결과 활용 방안을 제시한다.

As a part of a major government project of building infrastructure for the Competency-Oriented Society, National Competency Standards (NCS) began to be applied to government-funded training programs throughout the entire process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation since 2015. In the NCS-based training programs, there is emphasis on the evaluation of trainees’ competency. The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of evaluation of trainees’ competency in government-funded NCS-based training programs in South Korea, and to make suggestions for its proliferation.
