특수교육대상학생을 위한 진로정보서 발간 사업(2013-2017)

Abstract

본 사업은 5개년(2013~2017)에 걸쳐 특수교육대상학생을 위한 신뢰성 있는 정확한 진로정보의 생성·보급·확산을 목적으로 한다. 이 사업은 5개년(2013~2017)에 걸친 연속 사업으로, 매년 연차적으로 한국고용직업분류(KECO) 24개 중분류에서 장애와 상관없는 군인을 제외한 23개 영역에 따라 취업多/희망/미래 도전 직업을 선별하여 진로정보서를 개발한다. 마지막 연도인 2017년에는 KECO 세세분류 중 장애인이 근무하는 틈새 직종을 발굴하여 총 5개년 동안 150개의 진로정보를 생성하고 보급·확산한다. 진로정보서에 포함되는 진로정보 요소는 2011년 교사·학부모·학생 대상의 요구 조사를 통하여 확인된 8개 항목 36개 요소(2011, 이지연 외)를 중심으로 생성하고, 그 성과를 특수학교 및 일반학교에 보급·확산한다. 2016년은 4차 연도 사업으로서 한국고용직업분류(KECO) 6개 대분류(① 관리직, ② 경영·재무직, ③ 사회서비스직, ④ 판매 및 개인서비스직, ⑤ 엔지니어·건설·생산직, ⑥ 농림어업직) 중 3개 대분류에 해당하는 「관리·경영재무직 및 농림어업직」의 30개 직업을 선정하여 교사와 학부모 대상의 진로정보서를 보급·확산한다. 아울러 그동안 축적된 진로정보를 활용하여 「스토리텔링이 있는 직업 이야기」 2종을 개발하여 보급·확산하기 위한 세부 목적을 갖는다.

This project for the Publication of the Career Information for Students with special educational Need is a five-year project from 2013 to 2017. Throughout the five years of research, career information on the thirty occupations have been developed on yearly basis, based on the six major classifications of KECO(Korean Employment Classification of Occupation). As a result, the career information of the 150 occupations will be selected and congregated. The main purposes of this year of 2016 were to assemble an accurate and reliable career information for the publication of the two types output; (1) Career Information Book 2016 for teachers and parents and (2), two story posters for students. In addition, to disseminate the research outcome, a seminar was held on 7 December, 2016 with the participation of the teachers and researchers in the special education field. Based on the Survey 2014 result, the 30 occupations were selected to include in Career Information Book 2016. Thirty occupations were chosen in the domain of ‘financial management administrative service’ and ‘agriculture, forestry, and fishing’, after the several researchers’ workshops and experts’ advisory meeting. This 30 occupations were selected according to the following criteria; (1) the job seeking friendly occupations, (2) the attractive occupations to students, and (3) the challenge but achievable occupations for the future. The Career Information Book 2016 covers both qualitative and quantitative information of the 30 occupations. In part, the quantitative analysis was conducted to create statics data in the labour market. Besides, qualitative analysis was also conducted to obtain the information, such as the job analysis, the interview, and etiquette at the workplace. For the outcome, not only Career Information Book 2016, also two volumes of “Career Story Book: ？ Unforgettable Christmas Party in December, ？ Memorable Voluntary activity during the Summer Vacation” for students were published in order to promote the understanding and using of Career Information Book series. All the publications will be published both in Paperbook and E-book. Through this five-year project (2013~2017), the crucial implications on public policy has obtained on providing a qualified career information to the students, parents and teachers in special-education schools. Also, the research directions and guidelines for covering up the last round of this five-year project were suggested.
